Bonnat Chocolate
The Bonnat family has been making chocolate in Voiron, France, since 1884. The bars are each made from a single 'grand cru' chocolate bean and all have a 75% cocoa content. The range of eight flavours includes Cote d'Ivoire, Madagascar, Trinite and the new Hacienda El Rosario from Venezuela, not to mention a milk and a 100% cocoa variety. All the chocolate is certified kosher.
