Please order online, by phone, by fax or by post.
We make every effort to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. However, please allow 10-14 days for delivery. If you require the goods sooner, please email us to confirm that the items are in stock, or click the 'Express delivery' option (£7.99 p&p applies).
Payment methods:
Credit/Debit cards: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, Switch / Maestro & JCB cards, and other debit cards that show the Visa or Mastercard logo. Please give the type of card, the card number, expiry date, valid from, card security code & your name as it is shown on the card.
We ask customers for their credit card security code, this is a security measure we require for all transactions. Since the security code is listed on your credit card, but is not stored anywhere, the only way to know the correct security code for your credit card is to physically have possession of the card itself.
Cheques: Drawn on a UK Bank with a card reference, made payable to 'Mortimer & Bennett' in Pounds Sterling.
Postal Orders: Payable to 'Mortimer & Bennett' in Pounds Sterling.
Delivery charges:
Please note that we are currently only able to process online orders for the UK & Northern Ireland addresses. Please phone us for delivery to other countries..
Our Postage & Packing is£4.99, postage for all orders over £50 is free. Charges are shown in the shopping cart upon completion of your order. Please inform us if you would like your goods to be sent to a different delivery address.
An overnight courier service is available to UK mainland addresses, for a charge of £7.99.
